제품설명
SS361CT/SS461C 래치는 소형의 민감한 다용도 디지털 홀 이펙트 장치로서, 영구 자석 또는 전자기의 자기장에 의해 작동됩니다. N극과 S극에 교대로 반응하도록 설계됐습니다.
이 양극 센서 IC는 감도가 향상되어 주로 저렴한 자석에 사용될 수 있습니다. 이 제품은 역극성을 보호하며 -40°C ~ 125°C[-40°F ~ 257°F] 온도 범위에서 안정된 출력을 생성합니다. 4Vdc~24Vdc의 모든 dc 공급 전압에서 작동합니다.
이 홀 이펙트 장치는 2가지 패키지 스타일로 제공됨: 초소형 SOT-23 표면 장착 패키지의 SS361CT 및 리드형 플랫 TO-92-스타일 패키지의 SS461C.
SS361CT의 소형 구조는 PCB(인쇄 회로판) 공간을 더 적게 차지하므로 소형 어셈블리에 사용될 수 있습니다.
SS361CT는 테이프 앤 릴(릴당 3000개)로 제공됩니다. SS461C는 대용량 패키지(백당 1000개)로 제공됩니다.
